Early autumn light played a huge part in this location photography and video project with Pilates and fitness instructor Anna Claggett. Light, sun-drenched images pushed our cameras to their limit with lots of early sunset backlighting that leaned into the lens flare and overexposure style to capture a perfect summer vibe for a selection of editorial photographs for Aligned by Anna’s marketing.
Combining these super bright location images with studio and gym documentary-style images for Anna’s one-to-one Pilates classes and her training sessions created a blend of atmosphere and style that nailed the brief guided by our initial talks to create a mood board of styles and art direction.
